Gather 'Round Homeschool curriculum is a beautiful homeschool curriculum. I purchased the digital version of the North American Birds unit shortly after it came out. Once I saw the sample I couldn't resist getting it for my bird-obsessed kids.

I was happy to see that the curriculum was of high quality with beautiful drawings and that it wasn't boring. It is a Christian curriculum, so if you're doing secular homeschooling you might want to either avoid this curriculum completely or just skip the bible sections. Even though we're secular homeschoolers, I decided to let the kids do the bible copywork anyway.

The only con I can think of for the multiple-grade digital version of the curriculum is that each unit (digital bundle) is a bit pricey at $72 CAD. Unfortunately, because of the price, I can't justify buying a lot of digital bundles for my two kids. If you have more than two kids, you might find this less expensive.

I gave the curriculum a 5-star rating since overall I think it's a wonderful Christian curriculum and might work especially well for kids who are bored with regular, public school style curricula.

Rebecca, the creator of Gather 'Round Homeschool, had a sale recently so I caved in and bought two more digital bundles - Oceania and Europe. Both are beautiful and I can't wait to start using them.
