Fall has always been one of my favorite seasons of the year. I love the colors, falling leaves and the smell of rain — it’s so refreshing. It’s also the perfect time to start making all of those fun fall crafts. Here’s one that’s excellent for a rainy day. I hope you’ll enjoy making it!
How to Make a Fall Wreath Craft
Materials needed:
- Printer (optional)
- Cardboard
- Craft or hot glue
- Variety of leaves and other natural treasures (pine needles, wild grass, wild seeds)
- Scissors
Directions:
1. Print the PDF file found here and cut out the ring. If you don’t have a working printer, you can draw the ring by hand. It doesn’t have to be the same size.
2. Trace the ring on some cardboard, or glue the ring to the cardboard and then cut it out. Note: You can make the ring bigger if you wish.
3. Apply a layer of craft glue or hot glue onto the ring, and start arranging the first layer of leaves.
4. Add more leaves. Use leaves of different colors.
5. Add anything else you find interesting (see picture below).
